• Which Runtime capabilities are required by this application?
• Which of them are guaranteed on the target operating systems and hardware?
• Does the application use local Runtime, RPC, or both?
• Are cancellation, timeout, retry and idempotence rules defined across remote boundaries?
• Which tensor/backend capabilities are optional optimizations and what is the fallback?
• How are persistent data, journals and backups managed by supported Runtime procedures?
• Which health checks gate readiness?
• Are logs and diagnostics sufficient to distinguish application, binding, transport and Runtime failures?
• Can the integration be upgraded using public contracts only?
