Guided Neuro-Symbolic Example Around the party Package
Documentation status: guide — see Maturity and evidence.
Start with the same mixed vocabulary used in the LLM-assisted example: people, organizations, learners, guardians, identifiers, addresses, responsibilities, and affiliations.
The neural stage proposes candidate structures. The symbolic stage checks whether Learner belongs in the foundation, whether a guardian is an entity or a role, whether affiliations are explicit relations, and whether identifiers require scheme-level uniqueness.
Correction loop
candidate
-> symbolic constraint violation
-> explanation
-> revised candidate
-> re-validation
-> accepted model
Target structure
The stable foundation should converge toward reusable concepts such as Party, NaturalPerson, LegalEntity, PartyRole, PartyRelationship, PartyIdentifier, ContactPoint, and Address, with sector-specific roles defined by higher-level packages.
Main lesson
The neuro-symbolic approach treats validation as part of generation rather than as a final manual cleanup step.
