Architecture Overview — logiCells
Reference: This page is a source-based technical synthesis of the LaTeX chapter cited below. For exact syntax, availability or ABI signatures, verify the versioned source, manifest and executable tests.
Scope and source boundary
The overview makes the five representation authorities explicit before discussing specific APIs.
The authoritative architecture separates MODEL, APPLICATION, SEMANTIC, RUNTIME and NUMERICAL representations. They have different owners, lifetimes and algorithms. A local source edit, assembled application update, semantic inference and vector index refresh are distinct transitions, not interchangeable operations.
Engineering rules
- Use MODEL for source fidelity and local declaration changes.
- Use APPLICATION for resolved packages, inheritance and activated metadata.
- Use SEMANTIC for logical relations, identity and proofs.
- Keep RUNTIME session state and NUMERICAL projections out of semantic authority.
