Collection Management Panel

Scope: functional UI metadata, independent of any concrete widget toolkit.

Purpose

Provide common create, select, edit, and navigation actions around a published collection.

Contract

The component describes interaction intent, not a native UI class. A renderer may project the same metadata to web, desktop, mobile, or another supported target.

Typical metadata may identify:

  • the bound field, object, collection, or action;
  • display and interaction intent;
  • validation or enabled/visible conditions;
  • events published back to the page/view model.

Design rule

Keep business meaning in the model and view metadata. Target-specific rendering details belong to the renderer or application shell, not to the portable functional component contract.
